1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "Developer") and UIKode Studio ("UIKode", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by founder Andy Vandaric. By accessing or using our website (uikode.com), developer APIs, client libraries (@uikode/tide), and software binaries (acs), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Services

UIKode provides modern software engineering tooling, frameworks, and licensing platforms, including:

• @uikode/tide: Push-first WebSocket real-time reactive data framework for frontend applications.
• ACS (Agnostic Config Suites): Multi-agent fleet orchestration, developer tooling, and configuration engine.
• UIKode Licensing Platform: Cryptographic node-locked license issuance and hardware validation services.

3. Authentication & Account Responsibility

Access to certain features (including Member Area, license key retrieval, and private releases) requires authentication via authorized third-party OAuth providers (such as GitHub). You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials, hardware tokens, and private keys. UIKode is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised third-party accounts or compromised developer machines.

4. Cryptographic Licenses & Hardware Node-Locking

Commercial product licenses issued by UIKode utilize secure asymmetric digital signatures and are securely bound to your designated authorized hardware devices. You agree that:

• Licenses may not be shared, resold, leased, or distributed beyond the purchased seat and device allocation.
• Attempting to bypass cryptographic signature verification, tampering with license validation binaries, or forging telemetry packets will result in immediate license termination and permanent blacklisting.
• Hardware slot resets are provided via the Member Dashboard within fair-use limits to accommodate legitimate hardware upgrades.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary source code, software architectures, trademarks, and documentation not explicitly distributed under open-source licenses (such as MIT) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Andy Vandaric and UIKode. Open-source components are subject to their respective licenses.

6. Service Availability & Disclaimer

Our edge services are deployed across a high-availability global distributed network. While we strive for 99.99% uptime, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Governing Law & Contact
