End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase or authorized issuance of an authentic UIKode license key (ACS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), UIKode grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the compiled binaries of the licensed software (including ACS Core, ACS Route, and associated tools).

Depending on your tier:

• Lifetime Tier: Grants perpetual rights to execute the software binaries with lifetime minor/major version updates as specified at purchase.
• Annual Subscription Tier: Grants rights to execute and receive updates for 365 calendar days from the date of issuance, subject to periodic renewal.

2. Hardware Node-Locking & Device Quota

To ensure fair usage and prevent mass piracy, our software utilizes deterministic node-locking:

• Each standard license permits concurrent execution across up to 3 authorized hardware devices (e.g., workstation, laptop, remote development server).
• During activation (acs activate), a unique hardware fingerprint is bound to an available slot.
• License holders may evict inactive device slots via the self-service Member Portal to migrate to new hardware.

3. Offline Cryptographic Validation

UIKode software is designed with offline-first reliability. Validations utilize secure asymmetric digital signatures. Once an authorized license token is generated and validated on your machine, subsequent operations do not require an active internet connection.

4. License Restrictions

You strictly agree NOT to:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or patch the compiled executable binaries.
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with the cryptographic licensing validation routines.
• Publicly publish, leak, or share product keys on open repositories, forums, or key-sharing services.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the proprietary software binaries without written consent from UIKode.

5. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In the event of fraudulent activity or unauthorized redistribution, UIKode reserves the right to cryptographically revoke or ban the license across the network.
