UIKode is an independent developer studio built by Andy Vandaric. We do not use invasive third-party ad trackers, we do not sell your personal information, and we collect only the minimal cryptographic data necessary to authorize software licenses and node-locked binaries.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with our services, we only collect information necessary to fulfill your license entitlements:

  • GitHub Profile Identity: When you sign in with GitHub, we receive your public username, avatar URL, account ID, and verified email address to link purchased product tiers.
  • Hardware Device Identifiers: When you run acs activate, our client generates an anonymous one-way cryptographic identifier solely to verify and manage your authorized device slot quotas.
  • License Audit Telemetry: Essential transaction logs (activation timestamps, IP addresses for rate limiting, and license state changes) recorded in our secure transaction logs.

2. Information We Never Collect

We believe in strict data minimization. We never collect or inspect:

  • Source code or proprietary configuration files stored on your local machines.
  • Environment variables, secrets, or API keys processed by ACS or Tide.
  • Cross-site tracking cookies, behavioral ad telemetry, or biometric details.

3. How We Protect Your Data

Security is engineered into our architecture from the ground up:

  • Edge-Encrypted Storage: All account records are stored in secure distributed storage with strict zero-trust access boundaries.
  • Secure Encrypted Backup Protocol: Automated daily database snapshots are cryptographically encrypted before storage to protect buyer PII at all times.
  • Asymmetric Signing: License verification uses asymmetric cryptography; validation can occur offline without phoning home once authorized.

4. Your Developer Rights

You have complete control over your data:

  • Device Slot Eviction: You can instantly revoke or reset any registered hardware node from your self-service Member Dashboard.
  • Data Portability & Deletion: You may request complete erasure of your account identity and audit records by contacting us.
